Das Wochenblatt wurde in Danzig von A. Schroth und in späteren Jahren von Louis Bodzon herausgegeben. Enthielt u. a. Amtverordnungen, Angaben über Einkünfte und Ausgaben, öffentliche Anzeigen. Elbinger Bibliothek besitzt in ihren Beständen Jahrgänge aus den Jahren 1816-1903 (unkomplett).
