Na zdjęciu znak rozpoznawczy, logo NSZZ „Solidarność” - jeden z najbardziej rozpoznawalnych znaków na świecie (powstał podczas strajku robotników w Stoczni Gdańskiej, prawdopodobnie po 20 sierpnia 1980 r.). Autorem znaku jest Jerzy Janiszewski, grafik i ilustrator ówcześnie mieszkający w Trójmieście. Poniżej ulotka wydana nakładem "Zwyciężymy" z hasłem: "Uwolnić Lecha". Lech Wałęsa od 1978 r. zaangażowany w działalność Wolnych Związków Zawodowych Wybrzeża, wielokrotnie przesłuchiwany i zatrzymywany przez funkcjonariuszy SB. W 1981 r. Po wprowadzeniu stanu wojennego wielu działaczy "S", w tym Wałęsę internowano, m.in. w ośrodku rządowym w Chylicach, później w Otwocku Wielkim, a następnie w Arłamowie (od 11 maja 1982). Zwolniony 14 listopada 1982. Od czasu zwolnienia przez kolejne lata objęty był dozorem milicyjnym i inwigilowany przez funkcjonariuszy służb specjalnych. Dokument pochodzi ze zbiorów NSZZ „Solidarność”- Elbląg, przekazany w darze Bibliotece Elbląskiej.
