Na dwóch zdjęciach uwieczniono moment układania wieńców przez harcerzy i młodzież szkolną przy obelisku na cmentarzu w Braniewie. Cmentarz Żołnierzy Armii Radzieckiej w Braniewie – największa w Europie wojenna nekropolia żołnierzy radzieckich poległych lub zmarłych w wyniku ran i chorób odniesionych w czasie II wojny światowej. Budowę cmentarza zakończono w 1968 r. – w tym też czasie wzniesiono akcent plastyczny w formie obelisku z piaskowca, na którym znajdują się symbole "młot i sierp"(symbol komunistyczny, spopularyzowany po rewolucji październikowej), data "1945", na narożach dwie rzeźby przedstawiające grupę żołnierzy.
