Das Programm des Konzerts, das am 19.03.1870 von der Berliner Sinfoniekapelle zugunsten der Gustav-Adolf Stiftung gegeben wurde. Im Programm: Ouvertüre zu „Coriolan“ Beethovens, Recitativ und Arie aus „Figaros Hochzeit“, Romanze für Cello Rudorffs, Szene und Arie aus „Alceste“ Glucks, Sarabande und Courante (Barocktanz) für Cello Bachs, Liebelieder aus „Polydora“ Daumers und Sinfonie B-dur Haydns.
